For the first time in a long time, I actually enjoyed the flight. Check in was a little confusing for some traveling in my group, but for the most part went smoothly. Getting through security was a breeze, even though we were traveling with young children. The flight crew was friendly and pleasant thoughout. This discount airline actually offers complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Would definitely fly with them again.

I upgraded from coach, for $69 and this was very well spent. I got 2 free checked bags saving me $40, a very comfortable seat, choice of snacks, and free drinks, could have had alcohol free. The attendant frequently checked to see if I needed anything. I really enjoyed the flight. Had to wait too long for luggage.

While this airline provided decent flight service, their check in at Orlando was absolutely TERRIBLE!

LONG-LONG lines, and 50% of their self-service check in machines were BROKEN! Causing lengthy delays!

Heaven forbid if you had check-in baggage, the lines snaked back and forth across the Air-Tran area, and then out into the terminal aisles themselves creating problems for ALL terminal customers.

After all these years, don't you think an airline such as Air-Tran would have enough attendants, and self service machines to handle their customer base?

They know well in advance how many customers need processed at any certain time!

    SHAME ON YOU AIR-TRAN!
