It is unacceptable to me that the flight was delayed 3 hrs. I checked in very early to avoid traffic and I was at the gate 3 hrs before flight time and already there was a delayed sign up. Where do the planes come from---? The allegiant employee didn't show up until 2 hrs after the flight was supposed to leave to tell us the departure gate was changed.Still no info as to when the flight would take off. I also had a 2hr delay on my flight from Eugene to Oakland on 2nd Sept. Very very frustrating and very disappointing because we need a flight from Eugene to San Fransisco Bay Area and I thought we had it when Allegiant started its flights. I will have to go back to Portland.

I flew down to Oakland two weeks ago and was delayed 2hrs but airline was kind enough to give us some soft drinks. My flight today was delayed 3hrs and there wasn't any information given to passengers about flight status and no Allegiant personel insight! It was very uncomfortable waiting and consideration of passengers was lacking!!!!!!!! I will be thinking twice before I use Allegiant again and it is unfortunate because I think there is a need fo direct flights to San Fransisco Bay Area and I thought maybe Allegiant had filled it but not so far as I can see after my experience!

I took Allegiant from Oakland to Eugene a few weeks ago. A 4+ hour delay leaving Oakland as they had to bring in a plane from Las Vegas because the one in Oakland wasn't working. Coming back from Eugene was another 1 hour delay. I'd recommend this airlines for the cost savings, but be prepared to not be on time.
