great flight more than ample leg room in coach.im 5"11 250lbs kosher meal was good lots of food great flight attendants.

Both flights on time, food enough for 10 hour non-stop. Movie screen not working on eastward flight. Attendant good. Would take Continental again and recommend them to friends.

This was a flight that was exactly as expected. We were upgraded on 3 of the flight segments which made it nice.

Flight was on time, check in was quick, the attendants average, the seating was packed on both flights, leg room --where?-it was basically a joke, you had to have a sense of humor. I thought i was back in the 80's in the so called entertainment(one movie for everyone or nothing else some 10 channels of radio choices-that's it)unless you lugged around with your lap-top then you had some choices.My vacation was fantastic. unfortunately the flight was something to be endured.

EWR to ORD was okay. The leg from ORD to HNL was the most brutal flight I have ever been on. The 777 had such a headwind that the normal 8 hour flight was now a 10 hour flight. This was unbearable. If you are flying from the east coast, go to the west coast and change planes. This breaks the 2 segments into about a 4.5 - 5 hour plane trip per leg. Especially if you are traveling with children and have the very strange or coughing people sitting around you.

QUESTION: Is there anything worse than flying packed like sardines in economy class from the NY metro area to Honolulu? ANSWER: Probably nothing except flying with a 350lb profusly sweating person to your left & a sleeping mom with a crying infant to your right. I was living a nightmare! OK, I got a great price on this flight, but do I REALLY desearve this as punishment? Try as I could, I couldn't change my seat as the plane was packed....I'd even have gladly taken a seat by the restrooms if I could. My "ROW MATES" wouldn't even switch with me even though their families would have been sitting together! I'll not fly United or Spirit (due to all their fees) again, nor will I rent a car from Thrifty HNL again (but that's a whole other story)!
