“Continental agents made my day”

I taught a late class and didn't leave much time to get to the airport in S Paulo, Brazil. The agents whisked me through check in, not because I am first class gold diamond whatever, just because they were nice. He also suggested I could talk to the gate agent in Newark to get a better connection to Boston.
From Newark I was on a 1 stop to Boston - mileage ticket. I couldn't change it without paying large fees. At the gate, the flight was slightly delayed. That was enough for the agent to put me on a direct flight to Boston. Again, she did it just to help me - it would have been very expensive to change the reservation with my mileage ticket. I ran to the terminal where my new flight was leaving from and did not thank her enough. So here it is: thanks you, agent at gate 23A in EWR on Oct 28 at 8AM!

Flying has become a no-nonsense experience. I like that. I want to get home to my family safely, and if possible on time. Definitely get that flying Continental to and from São Paulo, Brazil.
