April 27, 2011, 8:55 pm departure for New Orleans delayed because of weather, first two hours, then three, then four, then five, eventually 7.5 hours until lift-off. Jet Blue counter staff curiously rude and uninformed (or bored and doltish)would have helped with an occasional update announcement.
Those of us hardys who stuck it out and boarded at 4:15 am, were less than happy with the situation. A bit of communication always helps any situation, not just flight delays.

Everything about Jet Blue is great! The flight attendants and captains are friendly and so accommodating. Jet Blue makes flying a pleasurable experience!
