    I've flown all most of the airlines and I found Aer Lingus to be the best. The crew responded quickly to any requests and were firm, but polite, with passengers delaying the boarding process.

    The flight was delightful. It's JFK that sucks! Terminal 4 is too big and if you are disabled (as my co-passenger is) you can pull your hair out of your head getting wheelchair service.

    While the service was good it seemed that some in flight staff were a bit tired and not as gracious as I remember from previous years travelling on Aer Lingus, particularly on return.

    Shannon check-in staff were just as gracious as I remember from our previous two trips to Ireland. Also very efficient.
