JetBlue is always a positive experience when I fly. Either I'm lucky, or they are a great airline. Not that there haven't been problems, but they handle the problems very well. I have knee problems, I get restless legs on flights, AND I never can fall asleep on an airplane, so I really hate long flights. I usually go with the cheapest fare I can find, but this time decided to try upgrading to the Even More Legroom seats. What felt like a splurge at first, has become a necessity. It made such a major difference in how flying feels for me, that I will always book that seat every time I fly from now on. My knees felt great, my restless legs problem was much more manageable, and the vastly improved comfort made my sleepless flight so much more pleasant. Also, it is great that JetBlue lets you check one bag without charging a fee.

Only downside was that the line for those who checked in online and just need to drop off luggage was very long, at both airports. You would think that checking in online would speed up the process.
