I had never flown US Airways before but will definitely be flying them more often after my recent trip from New Orleans to Boston. Everyone was helpful, efficient and considerate. Flight left on time or even early and arrived on time or early for all segments of my round trip flight! Bags even arrived quickly to the carousel for pickup at baggage claim. This was one of my best flying experiences in years. I am highly recommending USAirways to friends and acquaintances.

Although we bought our tickets a couple of months in advance and also selected seats early we still ended up sitting apart on the first leg of the flight going up to Boston and then in checking in online for the return trip found we had been seated even further apart and had to resolve the issue when we got to the airport. Very frustrating when as I say we purchased tickets very early and had selected seats on more than one occasion but obviously could not count on a confirmed seat. It's a nice convenience to be able to check in online and pay for your bags ahead of time but if I still have to check in at the airport to make sure you have seats it really defeats the purpose.

Not a bad flight overall. The return flight was with Continental though and the trip between the layover city of Houston and New orleans was in the smallest, most uncomfortable shuttle plane I have ever been in!
