I have not flown Southwest for many years and WHAT A SURPRISE! It is very different in check-in process but it was not a problem. I called as soon as I could and our family of four were in the A section - so that is important - call at 24 hrs before flight time!!! The seats were so good - plenty of room - and I am not a small woman. The flight crew was top notch! The flight back - they were out of Orlando - were wonderful! They were so funny and so good to everyone. It was the best directions I ever heard at the beginning - funny but very impressive - the children loved it! I would recommend Southwest to everyone - no bag fees and I took two bags. I plan on always flying Southwest if possible. I had to go to Nashville from Knoxville by car - but the savings on the cost of the flight was worth it! Watch the web for fares and you won't go wrong. And there is not a charge for changes when you have to make them, you just pay more or less whatever the fare is at the time with no penalty. I believe that this is a great feature from Southwest.
