Everything was great except that we had over a 2 hour delay in Philadelphia. Seats on 2nd plane from Philadelphia to Norfolk were small.

Delta changed our flights without notification by phone or email. It caused great distress, but they were good at helping out when we called about it.

SWA is growing in popularity for a reason. They do what they promise. There were delays in both directions, 1 weather-related, 1 mechanical. They explained the delays, gave a time frame for resolution, and made up time once airborne. The connections were sufficiently spaced so there was no real inconvenience. They were their normally friendly selves and of course don't insult passengers with add-on bag fees. Given the current airline 'experience' in general, I believe they are the best of the ones I've flown.
