    On the way to Newark, the plane was very small. My husband's bag would not fit in the overhead. The seats were VERY narrow. The plane home was also small but a different manufacturer so the bag fit!!

    Airline staff was nice, but the flight was pretty rough. Flight was timely, left on time and returned the same way.

    I knew I was in for a long night when I saw the flight before mine was delayed too! I paid the $50 extra to leave on the earlier flight but ended up sitting on the runway until after my original flight was to leave. 3 hours delay. The snacks were pitiful and all passengers hungry. It made for a very rough flight.

    Even the flight attendant was grumpy! They said it was due to low ceiling in EWK. I got home at 12:45 PM instead of 9:30 PM on original flight. Glad I spent that $50.....Errr.

    On the leg from Minneapolis to Milwaukee, the plane was dirty and it was the scarest flight I've ever had. We flew through a storm with the plane dropping. Did not know that the planes were going to be small.

    We left on-time and arrived early, flight crew were very nice, no suprises during this trip. This is close to how it should always be but we know it isn't!
