I'd have to say flying any airline in my opinion is much the same since I can't afford 1st class. This was my 1st experience with Frontier. But I was very pleased that for one of the first times I got row 6 when I booked the flight about 2 months ahead of time. That never happens - I'm usually row 23 when I book other airlines. Also, instead of stale pretzels (or peanuts on a good day) we got warm chocolate chip cookies - and they were good - like mom would make. That was a definate plus. All other parts pretty much the same as any flight. I would recommend them.

Flyaway bus service at LAX was helpful in getting reasonably-priced transportation to outlying areas. LAX was surprisingly easy to navigate. Good signage.

I flew Southwest from MSP to LAX roundtrip. I love Southwest. You know exactly what you are getting. Got a fare for $218.00 per person. Checked in 3 suitcases, no charge, peanuts, and soft drinks no charge. No hidden fees. Had lunch in Denver. I like SWA because you know exactly what you are getting! Great airline. Also it is much easier flying out of terminal 2 at MSP. SWA is my airline of choice

The difficulty we had was in the check-in process at LAX airport: there are hardly any seats for those awaiting a flight when the Sun Country check-in is not open. Why couldn't there be curb-checkin and/or at least have more seats for customers who are checking in?

Delta has been a good carrier, one I expect to be comfortable. Seat 28F had a built-in air-conditioner on the floor beside it. UGH! The flight attendant gave me a blanket when I complained, and I donned my jacket, gloves, and scarf. Everything was on time, and the service was good--I just arrived in LA with chilblains. In the future, I'll avoid seat 28F.

I didn't like how the flight attendants keep selling meals, TV sets, etc. The best thing about this airline is that few people fly it so there were many empty seats on the plane.

Was fortunate to have selected an aisle seat in a row with an empty middle seat (outbound flight). The extra space was great. Flights were comfortable and on time in both directions; efficient flight crew. Nice to transit at MSP's smaller, time saving terminal.

There was a problem with the air conditioning on the plane, but the problem wasn't detected until we were in line to take off. At that point, the problem was discovered, and we sat on the runway and waited...and waited...and waited...after two hours they passed out a free granola bar which we were all grateful for, but the wait was killer. Finally, we returned to the gate, and waited some more for mechanics to arrive. No one got off the plane. After a total wait time of appx. three hours, the problem was fixed, and we were back on the runway, but of course connections were missed, and the expected travel time more than doubled. Very frustrating.

Though we had to wait a little past our scheduled departure time for some transfers who were late, the flight crew did their best to assure those with connecting flights that they would have plenty of time for the connections. When one of the late transfers arrived irate with Delta over their experience, the flight attendant did his best to listen to her and ensure she and her family were well taken care of for the rest of the flight. His patience and injection of humor into the situation fit my idea of an excellent customer service experience.

No delays, and no problems otherwise. Delta's flight attendants are almost always cheerful and helpful. I would very much recommend Delta for this route. Thanks!

No guaranteed seats (previously chosen). I'm thin and still maxed out my elbow room... worst seating space ever!! No time between plane transfers in ATL. They had started boarding while we were still getting off the arriving plane. Also, why would the layover from CA to MN be in ATLANTA?!? Longest flight I've ever experienced, and it was purchased 3 months ahead of time at NO discounted rate! I will NEVER fly with AirTran again!
