Humphrey Airport (terminal 2)in Minneapolis is the best! Spotlessly clean, peaceful, spacious, staffed by friendly people. Our flights were comfortable enough, on time, and staff were certainly courteous and friendly. We felt our trip was a good value, and a pleasant experience.

The Humphrey Terminal in Minneapolis is the BEST! Exceptionally clean, quiet, peaceful, with friendly workers. Our flight was certainly adequate, airline staff were courteous and friendly. Flights were on time. We were satisfied.

had to upgrade first time in life in order to get comfortable seating.Do not plan to use air carrier again as 1st choice in future.
Staff was great,courteous both coming and going. No delays and luggage rate was reasonable.

Airport staff was nice & friendly-Especially CLT's staff. They really liked their job and were thorough but fun. Flight attendants in the Economy seats were not very friendly. Did not appear to like their job at all! Attendants in the first class section appeared to be friendly and smiley.

The entire trip went great. Flights were on time and very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. Really enjoyed flying with US Air. Will choose this airline everytime if the fares are affordable.

The flight was good to Charlotte. On the flight back I had to sit by a very obese man and it was a little tight as I am not that skinny. He was very nice. There was an empty seat across the isle with one man that could have moved to his seat and switched with the larger man. That would have made it much more comfortable for him (and me).
