    the best is we got out of HH when other flights were cancelled..due to 16 in of snow........ they had to plow some snow first but didnt miss any vacation time

    Flight attendants were great on both legs..... on the return flight had to wait 75+ minutes to check in....movie and sound didn't work.

    Check in was good; no nonsense. The flight was on time; in on time. Good seats and service. No complaints.

    The flight was on time. They did not lose any baggage. Four in our party. The flight was as pleasent as a flight could be. Still no food and still had to pay for luggage. Just add it to the price of the flight and be done with it.

    This flight I would rate excellent, just like all

    previous flights with Sun Country. The flight

    attendants were friendy...dare I say jovial.

    Even with passenger/carry on luggage check at the

    gate leaving Cancun, we departed on time.

    May I add, their UFly program is simple and seems easy to use.

    PAID FOR UPGRADE ISLE SEAT GOT WRITTEN CONFIRMATION OF SEAT ASSIGNMENT WITH TICKET THEN BOARDNG PASS WAS CHANGED TO MIDDLE SEAT WITHOUT EXPLANATION WOULD NOT CHANGE BACK TO PRIOR SEAT AND WOULD NOT GIVE A REFUND EXPLANATION OR CREDIT FOR THE MONEY I PAID. RESULT DELTA STOLE $25.00 FROM ME.

    Flight from MSP to CUN was awesome, it's the return that sucked. United has scheduled the second segment (to MSP) too close to make the flight. We arrived in ORD 15 minutes early and RAN to the departure gate for our flight just to see it push back - without us. Part of the problem is TSA which was the SLOWEST security I have experienced in the last 50 flights. The only saving grace is their Customer Service people who seem truly frustrated with the way United has set up this flight and they were very nice (and as helpful as they could be) to us.

    Flying business class made the whole experience almost enjoyable. Brought back the good old days of flying. Flight attendants were terrific and seemed to be enjoying themselves.

    Upgraded at check-in without a problem, flight was on tine and flight attendant was very attentive.The stop was also timely.
