During the busy holiday travel season, Southwest exceeded my expectations. The flights were on time and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The Southwest agents on our flights enjoyed telling jokes and keeping things light.
We paid the extra $10 for early bird check-in and got the best seats we've had on a flight for a long time! It made is super easy for us to get 3 seats together. Their boarding procedure made boarding very orderly.
