It was slow checking in even though I was a classic plus customer. However, once on the plane it was a smooth flight and the flight attendants were nice. The pilot even got us back 20 mins early! :-)

It was a great flight. Disappointed without the fresh baked cookies, though! Package cookies just aren't the same. The flight attendants were very nice, also.

Quiet, comfortable flight. On time. Friendly, informative pilot. Given free earphones to use. Accommodating stewardesses. Was treated to a great view of NYC on 9/11 with the search light on in hoor and memory of the Twin Towers.

It took forever to board because of all the carry-ons which included big duffle bags and guitars and back packs stuffed to life threatening capacity! Flight attendants are not welcoming although I did appreciate that she told the man with the backpack to take it off because he was endangering other passengers with it. Bumply landing!! We got there and back safe and sound without delays so I guess I really can't gripe!

All in all both flights were fine. We arrived early at both destinations. Only complaint was small seats and no leg room. Fortunately it was a short trip.

Due to an unexpected rain storm in Milwaukee, our flight was delayed 11 hours. It was a long day of re-booking every few hours. My complaint - there was not central source of information from AirTran. The information changed depending on the AirTran agent you were speaking too. You couldn't get information online. The arrival/departure boards were not updating. It was a joke. In a city where you have snow emergencies, they should have been bettered prepared for this public relations nightmare.

air tran is pretty new in our market here in milw... and I see this every time I fly them... people working hard to built the business. I like the part where they try to get out of the gate early....had not had any kind of bad experiences with them, and I have flown them my last 6 flights to nyc... use to fly midwest express, when it was milwaukee's home town airline.... bottom line... I look for air tran before any of the other airlines..

Everyone was nice except one attendant. I had the very last seat and boarded last. I carried my HEAVY carry on to my seat and she tells me "What do you think you are doing with that bag? You gots to check it!" I was pissed inside but said nicely "are you sure? It's so heavy, and passed the measurements." She stated "Go check your bag." I lugged it all the way down the aisle, straining so I wouldn't hurt anyone. Granted, it was decision to carry it on, but it had passed the guidelines. I finally get to the front of the plane and another, nicer attendant asked where I was going. I told her about the rude worker and what she had said, unfortunately, even though she seemed to be ticked that she made a big deal over nothing, the new attendant shrugged and said I should just check it. Then my knight in shining armor approached, the Captain, and asked what was going on. She explained and he said that is ridiculous and to please go back to my seat. As the wonderful attendant eyes me lugging the "substandard" carry-on back to my seat, her frustration was shooting me the evil stare. So of course....I didn't get the little bag of chips and no drink. I don't think this is a life or death situation nor am I scarred by it, but it just erks me when people want to oppose their authority on to others. They want to make sure you know who is the boss, and unfortunately we are all at their mercy when we fly!
