I've never been treated so rudely by airline staff at check-in (Sandra & TJ). Sandra shut down our line because "the agent had to go home". TJ helped another guest for 10 minutes while I waited, only to tell me that her shift was over while she walked away. When the Domestic check-in line was closed, we were directed to stand on a longer line for International check-in, wasting an additional 20 minutes.

I have been in the hospitality business for 10 years and I was shocked at the treatment we received! I have received better service at the DMV!

Personally, I barely made my flight and only because passengers on the security line were kind enough to let me skip to the front.

Once on the plane, we were delayed about 90 minutes, but the pilot was extremely communicative and the staff was fantastic. I could not believe these people were colleagues of the ones at the airport!

Truly the worst airport experience I have ever had!

Apparently, there was poor weather somewhere in the country, which delayed the plane we were scheduled to use--and thus, our flight by nearly 3 hours. I can understand weather delays, but to only advise us of a significant--and knowable--delay minutes before the scheduled departure time is simply unacceptable. The plane, which came from Miami, had clearly not departed from there until just about our own departure time. Even the crew was puzzled by the continued push-backs on the NYC departure.
