sad how the airline experience has evolved. took forever to load the plane because it's so poorly planned. no room for bags. no snacks. the only highlight was that i got a full can of soda without asking. sad.

Upon my return, the check in process was fantastic, I even cleared security fairly quickly. At that tim we noticed that we had 35 minutes before our flight was scheduled to take off. while putting on our shoe etc... after passing through security we heard over the loud speaker final boarding for our flight 1510. we were shocked as I said we had 35 minutes before the scheduled take off. I have a number of illnesses and it was extremely difficult to run. My daughter had a walkie talkie and contacted a friend who went to the gate to advise the airline that we were on the way. They told him we had 10 minutes. We boarded the train to the terminal, after which my daughter ran from one end of the terminal to the other to hold the plane. She felt like her chest was going to burst and so did I. Something is wrong when you have 35 minutes before the scheduled takeoff, and also when you arrive at your destination a half hour earlier. Not cool.
