    I have no qualms about this airline, I love the price despite all the add-ons, it is still the cheapest. My first complaint is with only two available days to fly, the plane is always filled to capacity. Good for them, too crowded for me! The second is that on both going and my return flight, we left late due to the plane being late coming in. By the time it arrived, deplaned and reloaded, we were late. This happened both times. Good thing I didn't have connecting flights. I still will continue to fly with Allegiant as long is the price is right and it usually is!

    We really appreciate being able to find non stop flights between LAX and Medford. It is a long drive and when afforable, this can really save time and money! Thank you for making this air fare available.

    Delay on return from LAX to MFR was over 3 hours due to mechanical. The plane was a new one when it finally got there and the flight was nice.

    We were delayed 8 hours with no explanantion and lots of promises. Brought pizzas in after 2 hours with bottled water and sodas, ran out of bottled water. Offered nothing else and on the plane was charging for a cup of water.

    Cannot beat the experience. For the price and the non stop, it is a great deal. No problems with any part of the check in and flight.

    I chose this flight because it was a direct flight. The check-in time was a bit early but worthwhile because it was a direct flight. It was smooth and pleasant. The flight attendents were attentive in giving us drinks and snacks.

    from door to door, help was at the door to help us get our tickets, wheelchairs (2) and to the gate and on the plane.

    A+ for the help and friendlyness to all.

    on the plane, seats are snug, everyone is taking luggage on board and not checking it,,, wish you didn't charge for the luggage. I try to stay with one airlines to build up my fly miles to use incase of an emergency... (Mom may be dying soon :(

    I have flown between Medford, OR and LAX twice now on Allegiant. I have no problem that they don't fly that route every day. Monday's and Friday's with possible Wednesdays in the summer is great. The fact that I can fly non-stop without getting gouged on the price is fantastic. I would recommend Allegiant to anyone that is flying into or out of a small airport. I plan on flying with them many more times in the future.

    This was a turbo-prop plane (actually Horizon Air), but service was great. Just wish they could get the big things out of your view (wheel well/prop motors)!

    Horizon Air out of Medford is a breeze. Check in is quick and efficient. The flight left 5 minutes early and arrived almost 30 minutes early. In flight service includes the basic coffee, tea, sodas AND wine or beer (complimentary). Flight attendants are friendly and responsive. I just wish at check-in, the Horizon Air counter had a separate line for those of us who checked in on-line but need to check a bag.
