    Not good from the start. Plane 1 was delayed 40 minutes waiting for the pilot, no explanation beyond that given. Plane 2 was delayed and hour, no explanation given at all. Plane 3 had maintenance problems so we sat loaded up on the tarmac while they fixed that and refuled us up...90 minute delay. Was thankful i had my connecting flights scehduled as far out as I did, becuase a lot of people missed connecting flights. Just made what would have been a longday anyway, almost unbearably long. i felt sick by the time we finally reached our hotel. Not a great start to a mini vacation.

    We travel annually on this carrier, and have raved about the entire experience upon return every single year. The luxury of comfortable seats, humorous attendants who visit with the passengers,simplicity of checking in and out...make for a remarkably user-friendly mode of travel.

    Compared to flying/parking in and out of Logan, this is a hands-down winner!

    Very stinky seating......

    Departed on time.

    Arrived 1/2 hour early into gate !
