I sat beside a guy that was a bit obese and so by default I had a bit of a cuddle while I was trying to sleep. Ick. I forgot something in the pocket of the seat in front of me and I went immediately to the airline counter in my final destination. I was given the number for lost and found. It was a recording saying that they only call back if the item is found. I did not receive a call back. There's NO way my item could NOT be found. It was right in the pocket underneath my tray!!! And to have to leave a message with no way of knowing what's going on. I also think it's pretty darned cheap that they don't have meals included. At the very least, they need to have something to eat for the passengers (like me) that don't have a credit card to buy food. I'm not going to bother saving money to get a flight with this airline again, I'll just spend a couple extra bucks and go Air Canada from now on where I know I'll be treated well.

Old plane. Delays due to mechanical problems for an hour sitting on the runway. $25 each for any check-in luggage. What's happening?
