Can get as many free drinks as you want. Order them from your personal TV. Seats were OK with decent legroom even for a 6' person. Food $8 Headsets $2.

Virgin is the standard for air travel today. It is what we used to have - quality. I just wish they flew to more cities because I would never fly another airline

This was my first time flying on Virgin America and I loved it. The only thing I can say that I didn't like was that baggage check-in cost was $25.00.

Got a rt fare for $278. Nothing special about my flight- took the redline from lax to mco- orlando international. There was an in-flight movie (a-team) but the screens were too small to see. The plane for the return flight had no tv screens. Offered complimentary sodas and juices, nuts, pretzels, and cookies. Both flights were on time. Seats were tight but not more uncomfortable than any other airline's coach class. Flight attendants were nice and attentive.

When I finally got on this flight it was OK, except for being crammed like sardines into an unusually small plance for a cross-country flight.
However, they notified us of a 5-hour departure delay so late in the morning that many of us were already headed to/at the airport and it was too late to get on any other flight to Orlando that morning. Boo!
All my future LAX-MCO flights will be on Virgin America.

i will never fly delta @ my expense, never, never,never, never........... check in experience with on-line checking for baggage sucks. baggage claim-locks missing and had to go to office to find out where was my luggage. delta overbooks flights, so any excuse to bump you even though you have checked in on-line (baggage and boarding pass) customer service sucks-no help at all when you are attempting to catch a flight (simply told to get in line)only to be redirected to another line. never, never, never........

The baggage check-in lines were very long, but it is hard to complain when Southwest Airlines is one of the only airlines that lets you check in 2 bags for free. The airline was 30 minutes late in LA, as well as, Houston, but I am hoping with good reason. I like that you can pick your on seat, although you need to be fast at getting your zone online. Once on the plane, the seats and legroom was decent. Where Southwest out ranks other airlines we have taken is for having a decent assortment of snacks they serve, and the friendliness and profession attention from the attendants. Overall, the flight was comfortable.

The biggest issue is the additional money paid for per baggage. We pay for our flight and then pay for baggage not cheap
The flight was on time in departure from LAX and in the return to LAX.

What made this flight stand out for us was the fact that both in L.A. and in Orlando, despite the fact that my wife was pregnant or that we had a 3-year old with us, we were NOT given priority seating. In L.A. they did not comment, but in Orlando gave us a lame excuse that there are too many people with kids in their airport due to parks' proximity (????!!!!!). Otherwise, everything was good: nice polite crew, captain and a smooth flight.

Southwest airlines employees treated everyone with a smile and respect, willing to help in anyway possible. I'm a handicap person and often times on other airlines my requests for help or seating was dismissed or ignored. I'm very happy to say that if possible, I will only travel Southwest or Jet Blue from this day forward.
