“fly only if you have no money and its an emergency”

I understood it was a budget airline, so paying extra for carryons and in flight service was no surprise. However, the flight attendants were RUDE. The seats were extremely uncomfortable. I am tiny and I couldn't even cross my legs. So...never again.

I have had better service on other airlines. Other than drinks, not even peanuts or anything else was given. I was not able to check in on line and had to pay extra for baggage.

i guess i can't complain too much - the flight was WAYYYY cheap. but the seats didn't recline enough, and there wasn't enough room for my knees (i'm 6'0"). glad i brought snacks and water, since all amenities on the flight cost extra. sat next to a crying baby during a red eye flight. not the airlines fault, but disappointing nonetheless...

My flight was postponed 5 hours, an hour or two at a time. We were told there were weather problems in NY but most checked the weather in NY or spoke with friends and it was sunny all around. It seemed they were getting away with something that wasn't being said. I'm a frequent traveler and this just didn't seem right.

Great Flight, paid #25.00 extra for Stretch Sitting, worth every penny on a long trip. Also boarded almost first so there was plenty of overhead bins for my carry on. They served warm cookies on this flight which was a suprise and a real treat. service was great and no delays of any kind.

After a couple of coast-to-coast on this airline, I'm not sure I'll ever be able to fly with another airline again. Now what am I going to do with all those frequent flyer miles I have with the other guys??
