    Online checkin was flawless. Flights departed on time and arrived early. Great service onboard, and good seating for coach. Only problem was sitting next to exit door with cold air leaking in.

    We flew out on Continental and home on Delta. The first leg was better all around. Delta was almost on time. Service was ok (choice of pretzels, peanuts or cookies, second plane was too small for most carry-ons so we checked them at boarding, but they didn't explain the procedure and we had to carry them back up the ramp steps after landing. It just wasn't organized! Our gates were at opposite ends of the airport and no time to get something to eat but we had brought snacks with us so we didn't starve. All in all, an average flight.
