I know there's no food, no space, no service on airlines anymore. Is it too much to ask for a reading light? Mine was burned out or didn't work and I didn't even get an "I'm sorry". It was an overnight flight with no movie because that was broken too. If you can't sleep, and who could with the person in front of you on your lap, it was a very long night!

The flight from Harrisburg to Philadelphia was cancelled. The airline would not refund the portion. We had to rent a car to make our connection. They tried to charge us twice for our bags, even though they never went on the flight. I ended up in the middle seat due to rebooking. I had paid extra for a premium seat which was not refunded.
