Our flight to Buffalo was uneventful but the trip home was not good. Thunderstorms in Atlanta held up our departure from Buffalo even though we were told nothing. I was not impressed with Buffalo Delta personel. Then we hovered in the air outside Atlanta causing us to miss our connection. If we had had 5 more minutes, we would have made the flight. It takes soooooooooooooooooo incredibly long to get offfff a plane with all the passengers and their bags. The airlines charge so much for bags that the passengers bring everything on board and passengers seem to only care about themselves.I paid an extra $50.00 each way for our bags. Airlines, PLEASE make it easier for passengers to MAKE connections.
