I flew on Virgin America and loved it. Each seat has a screen on the back of the seat in front of it. You can watch the free in flight movie, or you can pay extra to watch your choice of movies, television shows or live tv. I paid for a seat upgrade and found that the seat was spacious and comfortable, and all of my tv/movie choices were included. I was so distracted by the screen that the flight was over before I realized it. I will choose to fly Virgin America next time.

Whether you're in Main Cabin or First Class- Virgin is the only way to go from LAS to SFO! Ease thru gates, security, and the BEST service from any other airline BY FAR. The only snag you could possibly encounter is fog in SF- otherwise, flyin those friendly skies easy breezy!

Weather delay due to foggy conditions in San Francisco--no surprise there. Ground crew kept us updated continuously.so we weren't left wondering.

We have previously flown with VA without a problem but this flight was an unfortunate nightmare. When we got on the plane there was someone in one of our seats that was a tad disgruntled about having to move to her preassigned seat. She took the headphones and we were unable to get another set from the stewardess. When we arrived at SFO our baggage came off the carosel and was horribly torn and looked like it had been run over. We took it to customer and the lady looked it over and said "Sorry, theres nothing we can do". It wasnt a cheap suitcase. We had purchased it just prior to the flight for almost $200. It was leather, torn from top to bottom, and flat as a pancake. We thought everything side was ok since the inner lining was intact and didnt bother to check. that was a big mistake. When we got home and started unpacking we discovered a bunch of stuff missing from the bag...panties, bras, night clothes, lotions, a book, and my prescription cases. I can only imagine what that baggage handler was doing with my stuff the last few nights. *ewe*

The online check in was super easy, the seats were very comfortable and they had a screen that showed you a map of where you were in flight on the back of the seat in front of you. In flight service was typical, the flight attendants were very friendly. My flight was on time both ways and boarding was very easy. I would fly this airline again. They do charge for checked bags but most airlines are now, and the price was the same as other airlines.
