The flight left late but we were informed that we would still arrive early due to a strong tail wind. Then as we approached Detroit we were told our landing would be delayed 30 minutes due to strong tail winds. Why do I even bother listening to the announcements?

Delta could stop thanking us as we exit the plane. The attendants seem totally uninspired and uninterested.

I have had a Carry-On Suitcase for years. Now it is $30 extra!

We are average size people, but the seats were Too Tight. Also there is a steel bar across the magazine/info seat pocket that laid across our legs and began to Hurt very quickly.

A very bad experience with the Spirit seating.

I thought I got a screamin deal on airline tickets when I booked with Spirit. Then I recieved an email a few days before the flight that notified me that they charge for carry on bags. This added an extra $50 onto my flight price for one bag!!!! I was okay with the lack of ANY accomodations and cramped seating because the price was so good, now with a la carte pricing, Spirit is only pennies less than other airlines that are more comfortable and offer some accomodations as opposed to NONE.

Why did we have to be delayed in Las Vegas for over an hour because of a maintenace problem? that was on the 27of May 2010, and then on the return trip (17 June 2010)we had a 3 1/2 hour delay because the plane was down for maintenace, and had to wait for another plane to come in., but there was 8 planes parked there and I can't see why we couldn't have used one of them., the crew was there. Then the other day I great a letter and they stated they were going to give me 1000 miles as a perk., what a laugh.
