    Recently flew American Airlines home to Philadelphia from a trip to Key West, FL. Got involuntarily bumped off my departing flight and ended up stranded in the Miami airport for a 12 hour layover. Their staff was horrible and did not accommodate us very well. I was offered a $300 voucher for getting kicked off my flight, but then they turned around and offered a $500 voucher to someone else? Terrible customer service when I tried to filed a complaint. They do not care about their customers satisfaction!!!
