Very good overall experience. I like how the cabin crew joke and have a good time providing service. This transfers to the passengers. On the flight out of MCI, we had a slight delay because we were waiting for some late passengers due to a connection delay. I have flown United when they did not wait for their own connecting flight. I did not mind the minor delay for this reason because I would want the same consideration, especially around holidays. Nonstop on the return flight.

Best price I could find. Check in on line was easy, pre-pay for baggage (paying still irritates me)was easy, boarding process was easy, seats were decently comfortable for a 3 hour flight (and I am tall.)

We had a great trip and it was made so much easier because southwest had skycaps at both ends so we could check in on-line and check our luggage at the curb. No other airline seems to do that these days and the skycaps were very helpful in unloading our luggage. We also love that southwest does not charge for the 1st two checked bags. Though we checked out cheaper flights, by the time we paid luggage charges, southwest was the cheapest. They also gave us our choice of several great snacks on the non-stop return flight from Seattle to Kansas City.

Friendly cabin crew. Comfortable. On time. No frills but a good buy. We will definatly use Southwest again. Had a great time on our cruise out of Seattle.

Our flight was delay in Kansas City, MO. Miss our connecting flight to Seattle. Husband took the last seat to Seattle with a four hours delay in Denver Airport. I had to stay overnight in Denver.

I used one of my free flights for husband and I for return flight. The only option included a four hour layover in Phoenix which was extended because of a wait for another delayed flight - okay with us. Wish for free flights there were more flight options. Flight attendant on Phoenix to Sea portion made the flight very enjoyable - but she talked way too fast to get all of her jokes. Enjoyed the sliding the peanuts down the aisle as the flight was taking off,

My husband and I took this flight to visit family and it was the worst flight I have ever been on. When I purchased the tickets, I chose seats and then it didn't give me the seats chosen. We ended up in the last seats in the back of the plane across from the bathroom. Horrible seats (and I purchased these tickets a month before the flight.) We could NOT recline the seats, they were uncomfortable, and there was not much leg room to speak of! Did I say TERRIBLE seats?!! I don't think ANYONE at Delta smiles. Our son took a flight on Delta the week before us and they were unfriendly then also. Anyone I have spoken with about our experience agrees, they have had similar experience. Delta needs Customer Service classes!!!
