We were delayed more than one hour, with no explanation. There was an added delay due to an irrate uncooperative customer on the plane. I believe they handled that well.
I think JetBlue is a great airline for travel, and I would usually give them the best scores possible.

My son arrived at one of the busiest airports in America safely n wonderfully. The stewardest accompanied him well. She also made sure he was treated very well and not scared or affraid on his first flight ever in his lifetime.

We recently returned from a rt flight to NY. The flight going up was good...just a couple of hours delay. It was necessary to replace an airplane with another that was having mechanical problems.
The return flight was probably the most stress free flight I have ever had. The flight attendants were excellent, the flight was especially smooth, the treats were great, and the captain was informative. Thanks JetBlue for a fantastic flight!
