I always fly AirTran when I have the option. It's more comfortable than any of the major airlines. I do wish there were more direct flights from Chicago.

I've been flying Southwest for more than 11 years from Jacksonville to Chicago Midway. Southwest has almost always been on time. For the last year you no longer have the option of a non stop flight where you stayed on the plane and picked up passengers. Now you deplane and get on another flight. In the last year almost every flight I've taken on SW has been late and packed and lateness was not weather related. I do applaud Southwest for the change to the boarding groups.

Because of Southwest going into Chicago and Indianapolis, we use them a lot. We also took them on a trip to Las Vegas in April. They are the best at what they do. Most of the people they hire are the best and make traveling a real pleasure. Singing and joking and smiling are their norm. Although we did get some sour ones on this last trip, it does not happen often.
I will continue to use this airline as much as I can.
