    United has the audacity to have their former Continental Special's priced like a regular fare. The whole purpose of the special's was to fill seats and give the traveler a good deal on a short stay. How did a former bankrupted company buy out a

    proven contemporary carrier like Continental. Thanks for the opportunity to express my opinions.

    Continental should at least provide one checked bag for free or reduce each bag from $25 to let's say $10 or $15 dollare. Flight was timely and I had a safe and uneventful flight going. On the way back from Ft Lauderdale though, they took too long to board to the plane, the pilot came on several times advising to hurry up. Head phones were free, courtesy of Direct TV but then you had to pay $6 for the one movie available. On the flight to Ft Lauderdale there were several free movie options. Anyways, I am always happy when the flight lands safely despite the nickel and diming at every step.
