The only reason we fly United is for the extra leg room. Many times other airlines have a cheaper price but my husband wants that extra leg room and I can't see paying double the price of other airlines for the extra room. I wish other air lines would also have economy plus.

“The new Airbus planes are a step down”

The new Airbus planes are more cramped, narrow aisles and the seats are hard and uncomfortable. Also, no free movies. Overall, the older Boeing 767 planes were more comfortable and roomy.

WHAT HAPPEN TO HAWAIIAN AIR'S FOOD. IT WAS TERRIABLE. LIKE FLYING HAWAIIAN BUT THE FOOD SUCKS! HAWAIIAN SHOULD KNOW THE LOCAL PEOPLE LIKE SIMPLE FOOD! NOT WHAT THEY SERVED.

Flew Honolulu direct to Las Vegas and no connection made for a shorter flight. New Airbus A330 but the seats seems a little firmer. Also ondemand audio/video entertainment screen nicely positioned in back of the seat in front of you BUT now payment is demanded. Nice free snack with beverage service; meal upgrade and alcohol beverage requires payment. HAL baggage is much like the majority of other airlines.

We've tried many different airline and have always had exceptional service when flying with Hawaiian Air. What a relaxing flight! It makes for quality time for my husband and I to reflect and reconnect.

It was non-stop and really friendly flight going and returning. Our bags were at the baggage pickup when we get there.
