    “Incompetent never flying AA again”

    I'm a TWA legacy kid and chose AA as they bought TWA's remnants. In the round trip we had 4 flights, 3 of which were delayed or canceled due to mechanical problems. AA attempted to book us to John Wayne - without a connecting flight to HNL, putting us up in a hotel with no restaurant at 5:30, did not inform the hotel they were dumping 33 of us. The flight crews were great but the entire rest of the experience was an utter disaster - with rebooking bureaucrats, moron maintenance. AA has some very serious problems in their organization structure. They made NWA look good.
