Check-in lines were long at Tampa but moved very quickly. Cheerful atmosphere promoted by cabin crew before and during flight, special requests honored. They recycle plastic and paper. Passengers applauded the smooth/easy landing at Bradley. If only the seats weren't so cramped... My top 2 reasons to love SWA: no checked-bag fees up to 2 bags each, and no fees to change itinerary; you can do it easily online!

i've traveled delta in the past &it was good, no more! i felt like cattle being herded in. seats were uncomfortable and small and everything was like a drill sargent. go here, do this, pay this! bye!

It was all very smooth. Check-in was easy, flights were on time, attendents were very nice, and my luggage didn't get lost(had that happen twice on other airlines).

I book my itineraries at least 9 months in advance . I utilize my Delta skymiles to get a free flight and pay full fare for my wife .
A few months after I booked , Delta ( who was playing patty-cake with Northwest as to just whom was going to handle certain flights out of BDL )....stripped me of my Non-Stop Flight to TPA and had me stop in ATL going down and DTW on my return flight leaving approximately the same time as I had booked .
A month or so before I was to take my flight...Delta changed their minds again and re-instituted their Non-Stop service for the times I originally booked with new flight numbers. I was not made aware of the change until I double-checked my latest itinerary on line and discovered it .
I prefer the non-stop flights even if I have to arrive at a different airport . My next trip...I booked Jet-Blue and will spend the savings on limo service to and from there. They just do not over-adjust their schedules like delta did.
