This trip was so bad that I will never fly Southwest again. After a five hour delay (understandable because it was weather related), we finally boarded our plane to San Francisco via Chicago. It wasn't until Chicago that they told us that our leg to San Fran was canceled and the plane was now traveling to Los Angeles. Being stranded in Chicago with a five month old is not my idea of a vacation. Thanks, Southwest. And thanks for letting us know before we left CT that the second leg of our trip was canceled.

On the return trip, we got routed to Minneapolis (again, weather). Okay. However, when we did get to Chicago, we were told we now had to switch planes for the final leg back to CT. We specifically booked flights with NO plane change because that is a hassle with an infant.

When we called to complain to Southwest, customer service was not helpful. At the airports, Southwest employees were not helpful. My family will never again fly Southwest, and I caution anyone who does to expect terrible, terrible service.

Same junk on tv screens going out and coming home.

The kiosk wouldn't process my boarding info for the 4 of us. Had to do it all twice. And there was a ton of info to put in the computer. Probably the most stressful part for me because I need time to get through security etc and I don't want to get hung up like that. Check in is pure chaos, that's all.
