We try to always fly with Southwest because we have not had any bad experiences with them. We like no bag fees and the fact that they do not gouge you if you have to make a change in your plans. We don't know why all airlines can't do business like they do.

Had a good flight with no complaints. Had a migraine headache on the way to PHL-- flight attendant was very accomadating--- gave me a bag of ice for my head. One question, though, on the way back I had to purchase the seat next to my husband-- but yet there were at least 10 vacant seats on the return flight---- also a couple that came in behind our row on return flight in back of plane moved to first class right before take off-- is there a charge for that???

They give you snacks, beverages, and bags are free! Even for the extra $10 each way for priority seating it was totally worth it.
