    this plane was filled to capacity and the whole process from beginning check in to arrival was so pleasant. The flight attendants were friendly and willing to help with the smallest detail. The pilot came out and said hello too. It was so refreshing to have a flight like this! I loved the Ronald McDonald kids art work also on the overhead compartments!

    The flight from Ft Myers was on an Airbus so the seats were roomy. Alas, the flight from Charlotte to Hartford was on an ancient 737, cramped and noisy. The service was about what you get these days, unless you want to pay through the nose. Guess the good news was that there were snacks available on the second leg at sky high prices.

    Why can't any airline come up with a direct flight from Hartford to Ft Meyers on a year round basis at an affordable price????

    Connecting flights NEVER depart from the gate they were supposed to. Always have to run back and forth to different terminals !!!

    The crew was warm and welcoming. Couldn't believe they served drinks between Ft Myers and Orlando a 40 minute flight. kjmorrisse

    The connection between Charlotte and Hartford was terrible! We (my husband and I) were in the last seats of the plane middle and isle seats. The seating was so tight that you literly could not put your arms down or lean back in the seat with your shoulders relaxed. My husband finally just got up and stood in the galley! We are tall people but not large!!!!! I have flown many many times and have never experienced such an uncomfortable ride. What is going on with the airlines? NOT GOOD! I should have guessed it would be tight, when entering the plane and walking down the isle we noticed all of the arm rests were raised???? They had to be to fit in the seats. Will never fly US air again!!!
