    Checked in at FLL, flawless ! ! Small airport, efficient security. Had the funniest flight attendant ever. Arrived a half hour early, and captain actually apologised for that. And that is why I LUV SWA ! ! !

    I've flown Southwest many times to Chicago and it's always a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. No charges for bags is great....thank you Southwest!!

    When customer service does not seem to be high on most airline lists, our Southwest flight begged to differ.

    The cabin crew had smiles (I know, right?!) on their faces, never gave an attitude for a refill on the only "free" item out there and even cooed with an infant to distract him! During flight we had a joke told by the crew as well as a "whoooaa, BIG fella" upon on hard landing at Midway. Thank you, Southwest for a refreshing happy crew!

    Going to Chicago was fine and uneventful. Coming back was a totally different story. My plane leaving Chicago was late causing me to miss my connecting flight. The agent called us up in advance to tell us which is a good thing and issued us confirmed 1st seats on the connecting flight. However, the agent in Atlanta was rude, disrespectful etc. The plane was full, we had to sit coach. I spoke to a supervisor and Deltaat their website and was issued vouchers for my inconveniece. Needless to say, I was not happy with Delta.
