    Not a great trip. What happened to basic minimum space??? I am 5'8" and I got an aisle seat because there were extra seats available. I'm not sure that I could fit in the center seat my legs were tilted a little to fit and the computer could not sit flat on the tray table. Not sure what size the plane was but definately worth investigating it if taking a longer trip. This was about 3 hrs and the only nonstop flight. I'm so tired of the Spirit extortion of fees. GIVE ME A BREAK...charging me to carry my own bag on the plane!!!!

    My flight was for 7 am. At the check in counter I was told that my flight had been cancelled and the next available flight was in 12 hours. I was devastated. There was no warning, no calls or emails ahead of time. I lost an entire day of my vacation. There also was no explanation for the cancellation.

    I am usually very happy with Jet Blue, but this truly sucked.

    I like Jet Blue but after a long wait, free crappy earphones are not enough. They promised free movies but could not make them work. So how about a free drink or food box.

    Flying this route long time to boston florida fort lauderdale and west palm I now only fly jet - they are a great group of peopel and are always competive on Price if I have choice ( price) i fly out of west palm

    Change of equipment caused an hour delay, we weren't told this at check in. Had to pay for checked luggage and carry on, credit card only. Had to pay if you want soft drinks - also credit card only. Price was less than most at the time of booking, but absoutely no perks, no radio or in-fight entertainment. Seats were hard and close on the flight out, on the return the seats did not recline. They board from the front to the rear so if you are assigned the back, it will take a long time to board. They also charge you for assigning seats in advance. They did get us there and home okay.

    Spirit tries to be a low cost carrier, however they nickel and dine you to death and you end up paying much more than other airlines that seems more expensive from the start.

    It was pleasant, but still think that it is so wrong to charge for drinks. For health reasons they should offer you a drink, even if it is water for free.
