This is pretty bad when you can't even get one flight out of your new baggage without it getting damaged, I have traveled with American Airlines for years and have not had any problems with my both of our luggage getting damaged. One bag on the trip to our destination and one on the return flight. We are very dissatisfied with everything about Allegiant Air. This was our first time to travel with Allegiant and our arriving and departing flights were both delayed over an hour, which from what everyone was saying this is normal for traveling with Allegiant. I could have traveled cheaper with any other airline after the expenses of replacing our luggage, paying for our (normally free) seat assignment. Oh and let's not forget the rude personnel that your company has in the XNA location. She was the rudest person I have ever seen that has to deal with the public as much as she does. She was very unprofessional, when we returned to XNA she was being rude to the next group of people that were waiting on their (late)flight. I have nothing good to say about my experience with Allegiant Air.

The flight was nothing fancy, however it was comfortable and got me from Fayetteville, AR to Las Vegas, NV in just under 3 hours with no layovers. You can't beat that! Ticket price was amazing. $140 after taxes and fees! Thanks Allegiant for a great experience at a great price. I will definitely travel with this airline in the future.

the flight was good, worth what I paid for. Nothing is free anymore, they made that evident. Seats not too comfortable, no water in airplane bathroom sink to wash hands. But overall, good.

I sat at XNA for 5 hours waiting for the flight to leave....either fixing a mechanical or bringing a new aircraft in to take over. Unreal!! Rec'd an $8 voucher for food. Finally the aircraft was approved for departure. Set back my vacation several hours and ruined the first evening. Delay on return flight...but only 1 1/2 hours. I have another ticket for MCO (Orlando) in 2 wks and I want a refund. Now they have had a fire on the plane in Orlando just last week. Several safety issues....re-think flying b/c the airline is offering cheap flights! Check their safety record...they are "cheap" for a reason! Read what employees and other passengers are saying.

This is the epitomy of discount airline. They turned off the AC while boarding, take off until we were in the air, so everyone was VERY hot. On both flights, the tempearature was either hot or cold; they would turn the air on and off so there was no consistent temperature. The seats didn't recline; VERY uncomfortable. They charge $2 for water. yes even water isn't free. The $5 meal was edible, but I expected to at least get free water. Felt like I was being nickled and dimed.. the agents kept pushing show tickets and shuttle tickets and paid more attention to folks asking about those offers than those wanting food or drink, etc.

I have flown Allegiant six times in the past year and have never been more than 15 minutes late. Yes, they don't have free beverages or snacks, but for a 2-hours-and-35-minute, non-stop flight from California to Arkansas and for only $39.00 each way for most of my flights, I don't need a snack or beverage or a pillow. This is an absolute steal and I am so thankful for their service. The staff is friendly. The plane is usually very full.

Everything went well, but nothings "free" anymore. No complimentary anything. Too bad. The seats were ok, but there was no running water in the bathroom. Disinfecting wipes didn't seem like a great alternative.

We were delayed 5+ hours at XNA. Given an $8 voucher. It was not ATC....they admitted it was a mechanical problem. Need I say more.

No frills no blankets, pillows, snacks, drinks without charges. We carried on our luggage when we left NWA and it fit find in the overhead bins. They bags met all specs. When we checked in to return at the Las Vegas airpoint, we were told our luggage was too large for the overhead bins and that we had to either re-arrange our contents to make it thinner or check the bags and pay the appropriate fees. After some reshuffling of the contents, we were allowed to carry on our bags, which fit easily into the overhead bins. Another passenger was not as fortunate (he arrived at the airport later than we did) and they told him he had to pay to check his bag (no choice) which he carried on when he left Springfield. Glad we got to the airport in Vegas early as they must be counting the number of carry-ons to determine if there is enough room in the overhead compartments.
