I flew from Eugene to Lax in April . I found it to be a great flight. It left on time and arrived on time. The crew was great. I thought the seats were confotable. The only thing is that the prority boarding and picking you seat is way over priced. I like the prority boarding as you get on before everyone else and you don't have to stand in the aile waithing for that one passenger to try and get there suit case in the over head.I also think the price for your check on bag is also way over priced. The price of the flight looks good till they start adding all the suff on.Would I fly Allegiant again yes.

My wife flew down to LAX to join me. When I finally found the airline at LAX, after about six trips around the airport,I could not locate an agent at the ticket counter, nor anyone who knew about her flight. As a matter of fact, there were employees who had never heard of it. Down in the baggage area where I was told I would meet her, there was only one bench. Since I was also told by the natives to arrive early, I arrived two hours early. I was unaware that her flight was late, as there were no monitors with Allegiant on them. I will admit that the baggage area was under construction. Approximately 200 yards from the baggage area, there were five benches, behind an escaltor. None of which were in use. There were no snack/soda machines in the area, and I was told that the closest food was almost six blocks away. When the flight did land, I watched for my wife at the elevator, because she would arrive in a wheelchair. Nope! She came down the escalator with the rest of the passengers. She was not provided a wheelchair, although two other passengers arrived in one. It took us almost 20 minutes to get from there to the baggage area because of my wife's condition. Probably 150 yards. When we finally arrived at the baggage area, her bag was the only one left. We left the airport almost two hours after the flight was supposed to arrive. Since she has short term memory loss because of a stroke, she couldn't remember how good the aircraft conditions or the attendants were So I will not comment on that! WOULD I USE ALLEGIANT NEXT TIME? NOT ON YOUR LIFE!

The only way I would fly Allegiant again is if the tickets were cheap! The airline charges for lots of extras, so watch when you book. We were planning on carrying on our bags to avoid the charges, and the wheels on one of our bags were too large. The clerk was not friendly about it. Plus she double charged us...$70 for one bag. Have not gotten the fee reversed yet. It was convienent, since we flew out of Eugene. They charge for everything once your on the plan too. I would fly again if I got a screamin deal!

This is the worst airlines I have ever taken! We checked in 2 hrs prior to find out that the flight was going to be late due to "mechanical issues" from the morning! We had checked on line to make sure the flight was one time...it didn't list it being delayed. Our 8:15 pm flight was delayed 3.5 hrs. The bar and restaurant closed at 9 pm. They only offered us water and sodas while we waited. We finally left at 11:45pm, over an hour LATER then they said. The pilot on board stated that they had known ALL DAY that this flight was late due to parts being in L.V. w/no notice to ANY customers?? We arrived in LAX to our shuttle driver (we still had another 1.5 hrs home to S.D.) said the flight NEVER showed being late! And he was grateful we had called from Eugene to let him know. We also sat next to a woman who said she took this flight the last wk and it was over 4 hrs late that day too. DON'T TAKE THIS AIRLINES. They don't care about customers or schedules or responsibility to anything....HOW are they allowed to fly?

The flight crew were great to and fro. I would never sit on seat number 5e or 5f as they are across from the bathroom. The smell would waft across from me each time the restroom was used. The restroom itself was not clean, therefore I would advise fliers to have an empty bladder before boarding. Allegiant was great to work with. Check in was a breeze as was baggage claim, everything ran smoothly.

This was the worst airline experience I have ever had. The flight was 5 1/2 hours late - due to mechanical problems elsewhere. When we checked in (2 hours prior) this was not mentioned. They waited until everyone was through security and then made an announcement, since there was no agent at the gate to speak to. The airport restaurants closed at 9 PM and the plane left at 12:15 AM. We were only offered cups of soda and water. Then they actually charged for food and beverages on the plane. Although the flight crew offered the standard apology, it was not enough.

Departure 2+ hrs late. Plane filthy, seats uncomfortable, many patched holes in the ceiling. Sat on tarmac for an hour upon arrival in LAX waiting for an available gate for deboarding. Return flight not much better..... By the time all the fees were paid the ticket cost about the same as other airlines.
