The departure trip was delayed for 2 hours due to aircraft maintenance problems.

The return trip was on time, however, we could not exit the plane due to lack of exiting equipment. The plane was full and contained crying children. Very uncomfortable 1/2 hour wait on the runway.

I have been using Allegiant since the flights have been available at the Elmira airport. This is the first instance where I have been disappointed.

Due to maintenance issues the flight from Elmira was delayed by 2 1/2 hours. The return flight from Sanford was on time landing, however, because a problem with the exiting stairway, we were NOT allowed off the plane for another 1/2 hour. The plane was crowded and hot. We had a crying baby in the front of the plane and one in the back. Finally, we were allowed off on the tarmac and of course, those stressed by the event were rude. I have flown this flight many times and this is the first occasion that I have been dissatisfied.
