Flight was on-time and everything went as planned. Personnel was friendly and professional. It's just to bad they you have to pay for any snacks.

since we traveled with the family including a small child we were wisked through the check in and we had plenty of time before flight departure.

Flight was more than 3 hours late because we needed to wait for a first officer coming in from Albany. Meanwhile, the flight next to us had a full crew and a plane getting fixed and couldn't leave for 4 hours.
WHY can't they mix and match flight crews to get flights in the air???
