My wife & I flew to Houston to visit relatives. We flew on a Canadair RJ aircraft. This was a very small plane having only 13 rows of seats, two seats on each side of the aisle. Anyone who had a roller carryon could not get it stowed in the overhead compartment.These had to be surrendered and were put in with the luggage. Only things like gym bags would fit. Entering the passenger section was a challenge for me at 6'4" with no headroom. The seats were okay and the legroom was adaquate.A funny thing happened as we were readying for takeoff. The pilot came on the intercom and asked if 2 passengers in the front would move to back because the plane was out of balance. The flight was very smooth. The takeoff was ontime and we landed ahead of schedule.

I had requested a seat when purchasing ticket. Boarding pass would not issue me a seat. I asked check-in lady if there was going to be a seat for me. She was rude and disregarded me or any of my questions.
