    United left my 76 year old mother at O'Hare from 6 in the morning until 8.30pm for a flight which should have arrived at 10am and told her nothing. She needed wheelchair assistance but no-one bothered to help her make the flight. She eventually arrived at 10.15pm without a meal since waking up at 4.00am. I was on the phone with them a couple of times and was assured she would be well taken care of. Same bad service happened on her outbound flight. Shame on United. You need to tell her you are sorry!!
