Plane left later than scheduled, but still arrived on time! The seats aren't the most comfortable. The crew was great!

It had been quite a while since I had flown on Southwest. However, the flight experience was good. The seats are more comfortable than on most airlines with higher prices. The amenities are scarce but if you want to go from point A to point B without lots of fuss and at a reasonble price, Southwest is a good choice.

Had a great flight, purchased a stretch seat and was very comfortable with on time leaving and early arrival. I'll take Frontier again and just joined their miles program.

We left for Denver EXACTLY on time, and the pilot got us there a full hour early!! The only problem was that our gate in Denver was occupied, so we had to wait on the side until it became open for us. Baggage was there by the time we came to the baggage area - great trip!!

Return flight left early and arrived even earlier.

“First Time on Frontier...Very Friendly”

It was our first time flying Frontier. We usually fly NW/Delta. We loved that we were in the smaller terminal at Detroit Metro. Got through security lickity-split! Flight left on time and arrived early. Check-In was friendly and quick.

We usually fly Delta as in Detroit you are kind of hostaged to this Delta hub, but due to a number of "Delta Disasters", we decided to try Frontier. The employees actually were accommodating and helpful and actually went out of their way to help us. The flights were on time. We didn't have to wait forever for our luggage. And we had absolutley no problems at all. Quite a different story than Delta. We will definitely travel more on Frontier in the future!

Flight from Detroit to Denver and back was overall pretty good. We had a rough descent and landing in Detroit that really seemed more about the pilot than any weather so that was rough, but other than that we had pleasant flights.

First time on Southwest...was very impressed with how fast the boarding was and the service on the flight. Free Luggage is a BIG plus and not charging for carry is also great! Now Southwest is my fav airline for domestic flights.
