Full flight with USAF military Seargent escorting his black German Shephard home; The dog was so large that he had to hang out in the aisle of ROW18 slightly, even with the handlers efforts to keep the military dog within the foot area with two passengers in his row there was very little he could do. Another passenger, overweight in his 60's had a dog in a cage, the stews moved him to the front swapping him with someone. No effort was made to swap out this military hero and his hero dog to perhaps the exit row or front bulkhead row where the dog could stretch out out of the way. Worse was the fact that I informed the stew with the cart that there was a dog in the row in front of me, she verified and still she kicked the dog's nose and foot walking past forgetting that he existed. Then the other two male stews proceeded to walk up and down the aisle during the service portion each without regard for the military dog. The dog was muzzled and had her military identification on her; The handler never said a word but I was offended by the lack of respect for both, but take care of someone who should not have bben offered better treatment. Shame on Delta for allowing their flight crew to allow a military dog to sit mid-plane and not even recognize that it existed. We are proud of our military members and dogs who have saved countless lives sniffing out explosives.
