    Canadaair jet seats are like compressed cardboard. No cushioning. Short flights are tolerable but when you are in the air for 2hrs and 20 minutes (between Des Moines and Phoenix) it becomes very uncomfortable. I had to pay $20. to get a "premium" seat because I had been given the last seat in the plane which didn't recline and was right next to the engine.Also, count on having to check your bag as you board if it isn't soft sided since compartments are tiny.Flight attendents were very nice and helpful though.

    I purchased these tickets a month before I flew via Priceline and saved $100; my co-worker purchased the same tickets 6 weeks before for over $450. I flew Delta there & American back; make sure you know which airline you're flying on. That was the only hassle!
